      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in account management or client service roles
      - Knowledge of insurance renewal processes and procedures
      - Proficiency in using various insurance carrier quoting systems
