What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to deliver a seamless client experience
- Proactively cross-sell personal lines insurance products and generate new business
- Oversee the remarketing process for renewals and ensure optimal coverage options for clients
- Monitor and manage the internal personal lines sales queue for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support, sales, or account management
- Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines preferred
- High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
