      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention
      - Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively, delivering a seamless client experience
      - Proactively cross-sell personal lines insurance products and generate new business through strategic marketing efforts
      - Oversee the remarketing process for renewals, ensuring clients receive optimal coverage options
      - Monitor and manage the internal personal lines sales queue to maintain efficiency and responsiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or account management position
      - Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines
      - High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration
      - Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
      - Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
