What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work autonomously or with the new business team to underwrite, quote, propose, and issue new business accounts
- Process submissions of applications for new business accounts in accordance with agency procedures
- Maintain client activity in the agency automation system
- Stay current on coverage, forms, and rates to effectively address customers' insurance needs
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Agency Personal Lines experience or Brokerage experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Property and Casualty Producers license
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Sales and production-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales or marketing
- Familiarity with agency automation systems
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
