What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements while managing company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters, and managers regarding account servicing
- Develop professional relationships with clients and underwriters to support ongoing business
- Act as a liaison between broker clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry through workshops and continuing education

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AIM and ImageRight
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
- Proven track record in insurance underwriting or customer service roles
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High adaptability to handle various situations
