What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide and assist with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements through timely management of company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from brokerage teams, underwriters, and managers concerning account servicing
- Develop professional relationships with clients and underwriters to enhance business growth
- Act as a liaison between broker clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry through virtual workshops and seminars

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience quoting and servicing commercial lines with multiple carriers
- Previous work experience in insurance underwriting or customer service with a successful track record
- Experience with AIM & ImageRight is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of adaptability to various situations
