What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide and assist with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements while managing company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters, retailers, or managers regarding account servicing
- Develop professional relationships with clients and underwriters to enhance business opportunities
- Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry through workshops, seminars, and literature reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Personal Lines E&S products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience with property and casualty lines of business
- Previous work experience in insurance underwriting or customer service with a successful track record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various rating portals
- Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance experience
