Position: Regional Manager
Location: The Perfect Workout, On-site and Remote
Salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually

Your mission is to:

• Build a Dynamic Team of Personal Trainers and Facility Managers: Recruit, evaluate, and hire new staff while elevating existing staff to grow their facilities and advance within the company.
• Achieve Business Goals: Motivate and coach team members to ensure each studio in your region achieves and surpasses its business goals, including sales, member satisfaction, and gross revenue.
• Innovate: Think on your feet, pivot quickly, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your region. Juggle multiple tasks at once, seamlessly balancing priorities and embracing the complexity with enthusiasm
• Create Team Culture: Influence team members while creating a fun and enjoyable working environment.

• Experience managing multiple direct reports and multiple locations
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Organizational and strategic skills required
