What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze investigative reports to ensure compliance and recommend further actions as needed
- Prepare and submit written recommendations for security clearance adjudications
- Conduct security awareness and threat briefings, revising content based on emerging requirements
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and conduct thorough debriefings for individuals in sensitive positions
- Process e-QIP packets and manage investigative processes for background investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 - 10 years of experience in personnel security
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Proven ability to develop and write Reports of Investigation
- Strong oral and written communication skills for interviews and briefings
- Analytical expertise to identify security vulnerabilities and inform decision-making
