What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and audit new employee and action request paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Key Personnel Action Requests and Employee Action Requests for various appointments and separations
- Initiate and track leave benefits, including vacation and sick leave
- Document and audit attendance payroll reports, including intermittent and overtime payments
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers over the telephone

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background investigation clearance required prior to hire
- Minimum educational requirements as specified in the Class Specification
- Experience in personnel management or a related field is necessary
