As a Pest Control Technician, you will work independently and travel from your home to various residential and commercial customer locations using a company-provided vehicle. You will act as a detective for our customers by identifying signs of pests, determining the type of pests, and creating a plan of action based on your findings.

Position Type: Full-Time · Hourly · Non-Exempt

Route Location: Mound, MN and surrounding cities

General Tasks:

• Conduct thorough inspections to determine the necessary treatment approach for eliminating and preventing further infestations.

• Perform general pest control services as needed to eliminate or control rodents, insects, or other services offered in accordance with company policy and within governmental requirements

• Educate customers on effective pest prevention strategies, including proper sanitation, storage, and landscaping practices.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Ability to pass a medical exam, drug screen, motor vehicles record search, and criminal background check

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License

• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, overtime opportunities are available
