What is Required (Qualifications):
- DVM/VMD degree
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in veterinary medicine
- Documented veterinary licensure in one or more U.S. states
- Ability to prioritize customer service and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional clinical experience totaling five years or more
- Previous experience as a technical consultant in a regulated veterinary call center environment
- Strong focus on customer service and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and data capture
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines
