What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete an estimated 40 calls per day, focusing on closing new business through inbound and outbound sales calls and emails
- Provide a best-in-show experience, educating potential customers on the employer's policy and product offerings
- Analyze customer motivations and handle objections to facilitate sales
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer experiences with the employer
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales and lead generation
- Strong understanding of the sales process from lead qualification to closing
- Ability to track and analyze relevant KPIs and metrics
- Customer-focused approach to understanding needs and pain points
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
