Overview PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) Program is a large-scale SAP transformation project to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite. The project will replace legacy solutions across these markets and will implement the PGT solution for Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), Master data Maintenance & Governance (MDG) and Trade Promotional Management (TPM). Responsibilities This role supports the Data Quality Solution Delivery for the PGT PBNA and PQGC projects. The objective of the role is to deliver the Project Conversion Data Quality Rules, Reports and Dashboards utilizing the Global Data Quality framework adhering to the Global protocols and standards. The technical enablement of the Data Quality reports will allow visibility to data issues across the end-to-end Conversion ETL validation process. The proactive visibility and resolution by issue owners will ensure successful data migration from Legacy systems into PGT SAP solution and enable site Go Lives. This role will deliver to the System and Business Data Quality requirements in partnership with the GDQ Functional Team on the project. This role collaborates with multiple teams, including functional, IT, service providers, value stream, and integrators to provide the required Data Quality Reporting. This role also supports the Data Quality Dashboards. Accountabilities: Develop Technical Build and Unit Test of Project Conversion Data Quality Rules, Reports and Dashboards utilizing the Global Data Quality framework adhering to the Global protocols and standards. Collaborate across PBNA and PQGC Teams in all development efforts to support GDQ tool suite. - Execute against the Cutover plan during Project test cycles and Go Live to refresh Data Quality Reports and Dashboards Participate in Data Quality and Data Validation Review sessions and support root cause analysis PGT Data Quality Dashboards set up for project use. Project Data quality objects migration and checkouts in readiness for Project test cycles. Support User access and training for Data Quality Application. Support identification and implementation of improvements in the Data Quality and Validation Processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Management, or a related field. Must have 5+ years of IT/Data space Experience. Must have SQL query skills. Must have 3-5 years of Experience in Data Analysis and reporting. Must have 3-5 years of Data Visualization and Dashboards Experience. Technical Skills: Ability to understand functional requirements specifications and develop Reports, using SQL. Ability to design and deliver Dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) in collaboration with Technical SMEs. Ability to take ambiguous asks and drive to break down into actionable tasks. Strong Project Management, facilitation, and prioritization skills Perform root-cause analysis and partner with project teams on resolution. Establish and implement test plans to perform TUT and FUT, ensuring ETL processes are built to requirements. Strong written and technical communication skills and be proficient at expressing ideas and presenting to various levels within the organization. Non-Technical Skills: Working across time-zones and geographies on large scale data transformation project Cross functional collaboration and ability to interact with varying levels in the organization. Strong Verbal and Written communication to communicate complex ideas and concepts and provide clear documentation to leadership. Adaptable to evolving Requirements and timelines. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Ability to identify risk and escalate issues.
