      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the operational and clinical liaison between Pharmacy, Finance, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and clinical specialties
      - Develop policies and guidelines to improve revenue integrity, capture, and compliance
      - Decrease medication-related claim denials and outstanding claims
      - Provide oversight and clinical supervision for pharmacy services and support personnel
      - Monitor the health and progress of patients in response to drug therapy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy
      - Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience in hospital-based pharmacy practice
      - Proficiency in Excel, Epic, Omnicell, and other pharmacy programs or databases
      - Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations
      - License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hospital experience or residency preferred
      - Experience in operations, infusion/oncology, billing, and compliance
