- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum three years relevant experience in a Healthcare system, required.
- Additional Skills (required): The auditor has an advanced level of knowledge, skills and abilities with regard to researching regulations and standards, accounting standards, internal controls, understanding hospital and retail pharmacy operations as they interface with the 340B Drug Program, proficiency with Microsoft applications, data and evidence analysis, financial statement analysis, interviewing, writing, listening and presenting materials. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.

Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Vision is to deliver optimal medication management across all dimensions of care, every time, and that each Pharmacy employee understands how he or she contributes to the health system’s vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families. Each Pharmacy employee will be essential in ensuring that Novant Health Pharmacy exists to ensure safe, effective, and affordable medication use in our communities, one person at a time. This position conducts monitoring, analysis, investigations and special projects associated with the 340B Drug Program (Drug Pricing Program enabling health care organizations that care for underserved people to purchase outpatient drugs at discounted prices). The auditor assists with development of monitoring protocols and efficient and effective internal controls for the 340B Drug Program.
