What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under direct supervision, processing prescriptions and obtaining patient information
- Engage customers by greeting them and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, and assist with inventory management
- Handle phone calls that do not require the pharmacist's personal attention and assist with clerical duties
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory training programs, including PTCB certification
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior work experience with the employer
- Good math skills for accurately filling prescriptions
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of store inventory control
