Responsibilities:
- Analyze, define requirements, develop, and validate complex reporting and data files to meet business objectives
- Perform in-depth analyses and investigate abnormal results, providing descriptive summaries of gathered data
- Proactively analyze changes in business processes and update reporting/file feeds accordingly
- Research and respond to questions and change requests from business partners

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare or relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Experience:
- 3 years of experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar programming and/or statistical analysis experience required
- 5 years of reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required

Skills/Certifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations
