What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee PBM contracts, performance guarantees, and financial guarantees
- Conduct financial data management and ad-hoc financial analyses
- Monitor pharmacy-related rebate, DIR, and discount oversight
- Serve as a subject matter expert for MPF pricing accuracy and related data analytics
- Analyze large data sets exchanged between the employer and the PBM

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analytics
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- Expertise in mining healthcare data, including eligibility, encounters, and pharmacy claims
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2016, including Excel and SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct pharmacy data analytic experience
- Medicare Star Rating experience
- Proficient with Tableau
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop partnerships within the organization
- Detail-oriented and able to work with large data sets
