      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee pharmacy benefit management (PBM) contracts, performance guarantees, and financial guarantees
      - Conduct financial data management and ad-hoc analyses to support pharmacy financial close
      - Monitor pharmacy-related rebates, DIR, and discount oversight
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare Plan Finder pricing accuracy and related data analytics
      - Analyze large data sets exchanged between the employer and the PBM using various analytical tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in financial analytics
      - 3+ years of healthcare experience
      - Direct pharmacy data analytic experience is preferred
      - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 2016, including Excel, Access, SQL, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medicare Star Rating experience is preferred
      - Expertise in mining healthcare data, including eligibility, encounters, pharmacy claims, and financial data
      - Proficient with Tableau
      - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and communication abilities
      - Self-starter capable of leading projects and managing progress
