Job Description
- Req#: 88502
- PharmD or equivalent work experience required
- Completion of an ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy residency
- Licensure as a registered pharmacist in Colorado must be obtained within 90 days from date of hire
- BLS certification from the American Heart Associate required
- Understanding of the components of a clinical service.
- Knowledge in formulary management (i.e. P&T, MUE, and ADR reporting programs).
- Teaching experience such as that obtained during a PharmD program.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams; time management and communication skills.

This residency position is to enable pharmacy graduates to gain additional knowledge and experience beyond traditional academic experience, undergraduate pharmacy clerkships and general practice hospital experience. The resident participates in the developments and implementation of departmental goals and objectives to improve pharmaceutical services and standards of patient care. Also, promotes department's delivery of pharmaceutical care with the primary focus on patient outcome. The resident will report to the Residency Program Director/Pharmacy Clinical Manager. The resident remains in this classification for 12 months form date of hire.

Pay Range
$29.00-$29.65 /hourAbout the company
