- Log into two main platforms and receive inbound faxes from truecare platforms.
- Review inbound faxes, perform data entry, and build authorizations in the truecare platform.
- Enter details such as the doctor's name, drug information, due date, and request type (standard or expedited).
- Use premade templates to address and fax back communications for drugs that do not require authorization.
- Ensure fast communication and quick authorization building in the system.
- Occasionally call doctors for clarification on authorizations.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
We are hiring Pharmacy Technicians for our Med/Pharma department. This position involves handling Medical Authorizations, including many injectables administered at doctors' offices. It is not a traditional CDPA Pa review or prescription authorizations. Technicians will log into two main platforms, receive inbound faxes from truecare platforms, review the faxes, and perform data entry to build authorizations in the truecare platform. This role primarily involves data entry with occasional phone work for clarification with doctors.

Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position requiring a quiet and closed-door setting with strong WiFi. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm in your time zone, with rotating weekends every 4-6 weeks and possible holiday work. Training is 2 weeks long, from Monday to Friday, 10am-6:30pm in your time zone.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
