      Employer is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with at least one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Health Plan setting.       Responsibilities:
      - Translate prescriptions filled out by the prescriber and enter information in the patient’s profile in accordance with state regulations.
      - Conduct quality assurance, prescriber and patient outreach, and adverse event reporting.
      - Research current and past prescription orders.
      - Maneuver through several different systems.
      - Process overrides and work exceptions on prescription orders.

      Qualifications:
      - High School diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred.
      - 2 – 3 years relevant experience.
      - Valid/Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in OH, MO, AZ or Nationwide.
      - Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email required.
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills desired.
      - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
      - Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as needed.
      - Problem-solving skills.
      - Ability to learn complex specialty therapies and processes.
      - Ability to handle high-stress situations.
      - Flexible and adaptable.
      - Strong time management skills.
      - Must have experience as a Patient Care Advocate.
