What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Triaging incoming phone calls from nursing facilities
- Processing verbal requests for medication
- Providing status or confirmation of medication delivery
- Troubleshooting medication orders and patient demographic data
- Coordinating incoming medication orders via fax and electronic interface

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Registered pharmacy technician in the applicable state
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- 1 year or more of long-term care, retail pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of Brand Name/Generic medications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required

- Framework/DocuTrack knowledge
- Ability to work during inclement weather
- Availability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
