- Address patient inquiries received through the employer's designated telephone number
- Utilize pharmacy applications and vendor platforms for data entry and patient care optimization
- Protect customer information in accordance with state and federal pharmacy laws, including HIPAA
- Resolve and manage difficult customer situations professionally
- Assist in training and development of team members while providing feedback on new program development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- State Registered/Licensed Technician or Nationally Certified Technician
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Proven customer service background with contact center experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail or pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
