What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform initial review of non-formulary or prior authorization requests against approved criteria
- Enter approvals or denials of requests accurately in the system
- Contribute to the development and administration of programs to enhance drug utilization and cost-saving practices
- Identify and report operational issues and resource needs to management
- Assist in resolving member prescription claim, prior authorization, or pharmacy services access issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
