What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Processing pharmacy orders
- Providing customer service to pharmacy patients
- Insurance Verification and Prior Authorizations
- Handling patient escalations via phone, text, chat, and email
- Troubleshooting prescription issues with insurance companies, doctors offices, and patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- TSBP in good standing and current (no trainees accepted at this time)
- 1yr+ experience in pharmacy setting as pharmacy technician

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency
- Additional certifications in pharmacy or healthcare
- Experience in handling complex insurance claims and prior authorizations
