What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, administer, and teach general education courses primarily online
- Advise and mentor students while monitoring their performance in accordance with course objectives
- Assist learners with study problems and evaluate their potential for success
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records of learners
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in other faculty activities as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Philosophy or a related discipline
- Minimum of 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline being taught
- Demonstrated experience in higher education, preferably in online education

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in teaching or mentoring in a higher education setting
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and methodologies
