      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive interactive pre-admission screenings in both institutional and community settings
      - Manage and monitor a caseload, ensuring timely completion of assessments and documentation
      - Review medical records and gather data to support eligibility findings
      - Interact with other state agencies to facilitate eligibility determination
      - Provide applicants with assessment outcomes and appropriate community resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social service case management or an accredited nursing degree with an active Arizona RN license
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, or a closely related field with 2 years of relevant experience
      - Valid Arizona Driver License
      - Ability to read, understand, and apply current laws and regulations
      - Basic math skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
      - Fluency in Navajo for specific office locations (Chinle office)
