      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive interactive pre-admission screenings for eligibility determination in both institutional and community settings
      - Manage and monitor a caseload, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation of interviews
      - Review medical records and gather data to support eligibility findings while interacting with relevant informants
      - Collaborate with other state agencies to facilitate eligibility assessments and provide community resources
      - Attend staff meetings and participate in professional exchanges to enhance program support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social service case management or a relevant degree with 2 years of related experience
      - Must possess an active Arizona Driver License
      - Knowledge of medical, functional, and psychosocial issues affecting various populations
      - Ability to effectively communicate and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and case management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
      - Experience in conducting financial eligibility interviews and assessments
      - Familiarity with community resources and crisis intervention methods
      - Previous work experience in a healthcare or social services setting
      - Fluency in Navajo for specific office locations
