What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Verify nurses' credentials and follow up with them via written communication
- Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously while adhering to communication scripts
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and conduct data entry tasks
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- At least 1 year of call center or office experience
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate online platforms efficiently
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
- Must pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
- Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
- Quick learner with the capacity to work independently
- Flexibility to cross-train in different areas as needed
- Experience managing multiple tasks without loss of efficiency
