      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience
      - At least 1 year of previous call center or office experience
      - Technical proficiency and ability to navigate online platforms
      - Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
      - Must be able to type 35 words per minute accurately
