What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute with accuracy
- Excellent phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
