What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel while providing excellent customer service
- Act as a liaison for additional support between end-users and representatives from the medical device manufacturer
- Be available during non-business hours (4:30 PM - 7:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday)
- Manage inquiries from clinical trial participants and site staff
- Ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues related to clinical trials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in tech/IT support is very important
- Customer service experience is as important as tech/IT experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience in a relevant field
- Experience in the medical device industry, either through education or customer support
- Familiarity with ZenDesk software
