What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide coordinated physical therapy to home health patients/clients of all age groups under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Participate in the coordination of care to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Utilize therapy skills as outlined in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies
- Maintain reliable transportation and ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements
- Assist in meeting patient/client and family individualized psychosocial needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current State License or multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC)
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, preferably in home health
- Proof of current CPR certification and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and prolonged standing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HCHB EMR system
- Home health experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
