What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a full range of physical therapy services to patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assess patient response to treatment and adjust plans as needed
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited PTA degree program
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS Certification
- Education/experience in working with patients in rehabilitation
- Ability to adhere to professional standards and guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in working with diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
