What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients under the supervision of a physical therapist
- Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans to maximize independence
- Consult with patients to address their unique physical or age-related needs
- Maintain effective communication and documentation of patient progress
- Adapt treatment strategies based on patient response and recovery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
- Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License upon hire if practicing in this state
