What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services in accordance with the patient's Plan of Care
- Observe and document patient progress, reporting findings to the Physical Therapist
- Act as a liaison among patients, Physical Therapists, Clinical Managers, and the healthcare team
- Teach clients and families appropriate transfer techniques and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and agency policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a current/active Florida State Professional License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant School
- Knowledge of AHCA Regulations and Medicare COP's Guidelines
- Proficient in using computers and clinical software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
