What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct physical therapy services under the guidance of a qualified physical therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and the use of assistive devices
- Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, and ultrasound in treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and document patient progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an associate's degree
- Current approval as a physical therapist assistant by the Physical Therapy Board of California
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
