What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including health history and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care reflecting therapeutic and preventative measures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialty clinics as necessary
- Prescribe non-pharmacological treatments and advise patients and families on healthcare needs
- Participate in the planning and delivery of educational programs for staff and patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Master’s degree in any discipline or a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience as a Physician Assistant
- Certification: Successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE)
- Full and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Proficiency in written and spoken English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in geriatrics clinical practice or primary care
- Home care or home visit experience
- Completion of a PA post-graduate residency program
- Doctoral degree in a health-related field
- Ability to demonstrate skills in analyzing and solving complex medical problems
