What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide acute and occupational medical care, including routine minor illness, medical emergencies, and trauma
- Diagnose and treat workforce illnesses and injuries according to collaborative agreements with supervising physicians
- Prescribe and dispense appropriate pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances, as approved by the supervising physician
- Conduct laboratory and electrocardiogram diagnostic procedures as required
- Maintain medical records according to company policies and standards of medical practice

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License with Alaska State License
- Professional certification with National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Active DEA License
- 3-5 years of experience in family, internal medicine, or emergency medicine
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of remote experience
- Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA first aid policies
