      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and evaluate lab results to diagnose and treat common conditions and illnesses
      - Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage therapies under the supervision of a licensed physician
      - Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
      - Provide patients with information about their diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care to support informed decision-making
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and practice policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
      - Active Physician Assistant license in the state of New York
      - Nationally certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants)
      - BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required
      - Prior experience in clinical practice is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply
