What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate comprehensive care delivery under physician supervision
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical exams
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise teaching strategies/educational programs
- Act as a patient advocate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Document in the medical record and provide input into the strategic planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- State of Michigan Physician Assistant license upon hire
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants certification upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) and Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications within 120 days of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant
- Experience in a remote work setting
