      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with physicians and executives to develop opportunity profiles and recruitment strategies
      - Identify and source targeted physicians through various recruitment methods, including online advertising and networking
      - Design recruiting initiatives at residency programs and maintain relationships to enhance recruitment pipelines
      - Phone screen candidates to assess quality and fit for the organization, and present opportunities clearly
      - Manage candidate itineraries and coordinate site visits, including travel arrangements and interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three to five (3-5) years of experience in physician recruitment or related physician relations activities
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; appropriate experience can be substituted for education
      - Valid state Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance required
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare recruiting and hospital operations
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
