What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise physician candidates and clients in the academic sector
- Execute provider recruitment activities according to the strategic plan
- Serve as the on-site coordinator and single point of contact for all recruitment activities
- Screen, vet, and select candidates while managing the full-cycle recruitment process
- Document all activity into recruitment tracking systems and submit monthly reports to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in recruitment, physician relations, or healthcare sales
- Requires valid NC Driver's License and use of an insured automobile
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree
- Experience with medical practice management applications
- Strong spreadsheet skills
