      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase access and market share from current Center Surgeons
      - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with physician office staff
      - Conduct regular visits to assess needs and communicate them to the leadership team
      - Report on Physician Market share initiatives and follow up on documentation
      - Coordinate in-market development with Facility Administrators and Operations Directors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Healthcare Administration
      - 1-2 years of proven outside sales experience required; healthcare experience preferred
      - Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and office staff
      - Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer service
      - Must have reliable transportation for daily local travel
