What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer coding questions from Coding teammates
- Provide educational teleconferences on correct coding
- Write educational material on correct coding and assist with presentations at annual Coding team meetings
- Review facility coding denials and assist with the appeal process
- Provide physician education and assist with queries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with multi-specialty ASC Coding
- Required Licenses or Certificates: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC, CPC, and/or CASCC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing one-on-one coding education
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to coding
- Ability to manage data related to performance improvement
- Experience assisting with Center audits
- Participation in special projects related to coding and compliance
