Job Description

Assists in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Provides input to annual operating budget as requested.
Works with FAA to insure each company aircraft has up to date legal documents.
Keeps informed of the latest developments within the business aviation community.
Complies with operations manual and suggests updates or modifications as appropriate.
Complies with applicable company policies.
Along with other Company pilots ensure all hangar operations (cleaning & snow removal) are completed.
Responsible for arranging and participating in all training (initial and recurrent) to maintain necessary credentials to fly all company owned aircraft.
Ensures the aircraft is clean and prepared for each flight.
Conducts thorough pre-flight of aircraft and component systems prior to each flight.
Completes an in-depth weather/notam check prior to each flight and determines aircraft weight, balance and fuel requirements for the flight.
Makes decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights.
Attends scheduled weekly team meetings.
Minimum of five years of experience in the field; a minimum of 2250 hours flying experience to include 1250 hours of "pilot in command" experience; 1500 hours of multi engine; 500 hours of Turbo Jet or Prop preferred.
Must hold a First Class Medical Certificate and must meet all physical job requirements.
Standard office, airplane, hangar, and flying conditions.
