Come join Aerotek and our busy client in Calgary. We are hiring multiple Pipefitter's to complete compression and bolt-up assemblies. This is a long term local opportunity offering $51/hr The qualified candidate will be reading Pipefitting drawings (P&ID), threading pipe, screwing pipe, spool installations, running bolt up procedures, hydrotesting the product and using a crane to assemble compression systems. Additionally the contractor may be asked to do odd jobs around the facility or help out other tradesmen.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• 4th or Journeyman level Pipefitter
• Experience with compressor fabrication - 2 years+
• Experience in a fabrication environment
• Threaded piping experience
• Bolt Up knowledge
• Experience with Cranes
• Reading Pipefitting and Instrumentation drawings
• Assembly

NICE TO HAVE:

• Development in another skilled trade
