First point of contact for students in the Division of Education
Assist with teacher licensure processes
Maintain databases for licensure and reauthorization
Assist with student placement for Practicum and Student Teaching
Assist with the organization and scheduling of events for the Division of Education
Maintain Student Database
Assist with Scheduling
Communication and collaboration with Division of Ed Faculty and Affiliates
Assist with the organization and scheduling of events
Assist with student placement for Practicum and Student Teaching
Processing end of program paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Verification of fingerprinting and background checks
Internal coding of students
Tracking student Praxis scores and other licensure requirements
Issuing of Approved Program Verification Forms
Assist in the student review process for admittance into the Division of Education Programs.
Serve as first point of student contact
Serve as student support for navigation of Regis systems and the Division of Ed
Assist students with all licensure processes
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
Background in education preferred.

This position is crucial to state and federal compliance and to state authorization for initial licensure students as well as admin support for initial licensure. Requires a full time and highly skilled individual who preferably has some background in education.
